Michael Pouliot is a real estate investor and business owner focused on income-producing housing throughout the US, spanning from single-family rentals and flips, to institutionally-sized apartment complexes.
After growing up and starting his career in the Northeast, Michael settled in Boulder, CO with his wife and their three children in 2018. Outside of Michael’s real estate business, he and his family enjoy taking advantage of all that Colorado has to offer.
Michael is a CFA and CAIA charter holder, and holds his undergraduate degree in Finance from Boston University School of Business.
